I’m a clinically trained Soft Tissue Therapist, Pilates Instructor, Sport Scientist and Educator in Menopause Health. I’ve educated hundreds of fitness professionals and worked with countless women navigating menopause.
My mission? To create nations of strong menopausal women.
I know firsthand how frustrating menopause can be—I was diagnosed with osteopenia while navigating peri-menopause myself. The lack of clear, evidence-based support disappointed me and made me angry.
That’s why I do this work—to give women the knowledge, tools, and confidence to thrive through menopause, and to collaborate with female fitness professionals to give them the same tools to better support their own clients.

No! The retreat is focused on recovery, education, and stress management. The movement sessions are gentle and adaptable to all fitness levels.
Absolutely! This is a welcoming, supportive space where you'll leave with new friends.
All meals are designed to be anti-inflammatory and menopause-friendly. If you have specific needs, let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the upfront costs associated with securing accommodations, meals, and facilitators, refunds will be provided based on the following schedule:
Full refund for cancellations made 90 days or more before check-in will result in a refund of all payments made, minus a non-refundable $250 deposit.
Cancellations made within 45-89 days of the check-in date will forfeit 30% of your booking amount.
Cancellations made within 44 days of the check in date will forfeit 100% of your booking. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant if needed.Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to do so."
Yes- there is availability to choose to share a twin room or have the room to yourself. It's on a first come, first serve basis though! There are a limited amount of single based rooms.
