My name is Mairi Thompson, and I am a menopause exercise specialist passionate about helping women navigate peri and post menopause with stronger bones, a healthier body, and a more confident mindset.
With a degree in Sport Science and over 20 years of clinical experience as a massage therapist and Pilates instructor, I have supported many women through menopause, helping them build strength, improve movement and support long-term bone and musculoskeletal health.
I have also trained hundreds of fitness professionals in menopause fitness and health, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to better support women through this important stage of life.
My work has a strong focus on bone health, and I regularly deliver educational webinars, in-person presentations, workshops and professional courses to help both women and fitness professionals understand how to build strength, reduce risk, and support long-term skeletal health through menopause.
Now, with a personal diagnosis of osteopenia and my own lived experience of perimenopause symptoms, I am even more committed to guiding both women and professionals through menopause with strength, evidence-based movement and practical lifestyle strategies so they can live with confidence, vitality and long-term health.
