With over 23 years experinece in Sport & Exercise Science, Remedial Massage, and Clinical Pilates - including work as a representative for the Australian Olympic Medical Team- I bring real world expertise as a Menopause Exercise Specialist in fascia, movement and joint pain.

Sarah is a Menopause Master Trainer (BodyMindBones) having trained directly with me to specialise in menopause fitness and health. She also brings her own expertise with a Master of research in Exercise Science, a Bsc in Sport & Exercise Science and certifications in Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructing, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructing.

Sarah brings practical insights and hands on experience to every session, giving participants extra depth and perspective.
