Joint pain has become one of the most common reasons women reduce training, stop attending classes, or lose confidence in their bodies during menopause.

As a fitness professional, this is something you can't afford to ignore.

Women aged 40+ are not a 'niche' anymore. They are the backbone of many studios and gyms.

But without understanding the hormonal, inflammatory and nervous system shifts happening in menopause, joint pain can feel unpredictable and difficult to manage.

This masterclass gives you a structured and practical way to approach it.

Not clinical

Not overwhelming

Highly practical

Immediately usable

Equipping fitness and pilates professionals with the tools to manage joint pain in menopause so that women can continue to train with strength and confidence.

" I recently attended Mairi's myofascial release workshop and found it incredibly practical. I had a new client who came to me with chronic shoulder pain and had tried many treatments without any relief. Using some techniques I learnt at the masterclass I was able to release the tension in his shoulder and he is now completely pain free. As a PT this masterclass has given me valuable tools and confidence to help my clients move better and manage chronic pain." Tania, Sydney

Thank you for an amazing masterclass and insight into health and wellbeing around women and menopause. The session was filled with very helpful and relevant info along with great programming and nutritional content. It was money well spent! I encourage all health and fitness professionals to enrol." Damian, Sunshine Coast.

"Mairi goes beyond expectations- her energy, depth of knowledge and attention to detail are inspiring. In a short time, I've gained confidence, clarity and a deeper understanding of how to support mature female clients with empathy and precision. Thanks to Mairi, I now coach with more purpose and insight." Phil, Sunshine Coast

"Thank you Mairi for this brilliant masterclass. I've learnt loads and I cant wait to dive into the menopause space and help my gym community understand, and get more in tune with their own bodies."Jessie, Sydney
