If you want to learn how to build strength for body, mind and bones in menopause,  I am the right person to help you...

My name is Mairi Thompson, and I am passionate about helping women- and myself- through the perimenopause/menopause years with stronger bones, stronger body, and a stronger mindset. With a degree in Sport Science and 20 years clinical experience as a massage therapist and pilates instructor, I have supported, championed and inspired many people to look after their physical and mental wellbeing in a holistic way. Now  with a personal diagnosis of osteopenia, I am motivated to lead myself and others through the menopause years with as much mental and physical strength as necessary to live a life to the fullest in good health and happiness.
