I am a holistic health mentor, physical therapist, pilates instructor, wife and mum to 2 gorgeous humans.

I help women who are transitioning through midlife and the perimenopausal/menopausal years to become fitter, and stronger- in body, mind and bones!

With a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, and 20 years clinical experience as a massage therapist and pilates instructor, I have supported, championed and inspired many people to look after their physical and mental wellbeing in a holistic way.

After reaching my mid 40's, I started to notice changes in my body, mind and hormone levels and got increasingly frustrated with the 'one size fits all' approach to health and fitness. This just doesn't fit for women over 40, because your hormone levels have changed and so have you!! What once worked in terms of diet and exercise will likely no longer serve you- and it wasn't serving me.

My passion and purpose is to now use my expertise to help other women get back to feeling and looking their best in the 40+ years, with online and in person healthy living programs for body, mind and bones.

With my own diagnosis of osteopenia and the onset of perimenopause, I want to raise awareness of the issue ALL women face with losing bone density through the perimenopausal/menopausal years, and to help you understand how you can make some changes in your own life to reduce your risks.
